Fruit and vegetables may help weight loss

Increased fruit and vegetable intake may help weight loss in overweight adults, according to a recent study. An increased intake of fruit, vegetables, dietary fibre vitamins C and B6, beta-carotene and folate were found to independently increase weight loss in a population of overweight adults, according to a study published in Nutrition Research.
